The School Day
Here at The British Online School all our students begin their days with form time with their tutors. After each lesson all students in KS3 have a 15 minute ‘screen break’ and those in KS4 have 10 minutes. During these breaks students are encouraged to use this time to; move away from their computer, drink some water, get a healthy snack, walk around and prepare for their next lesson.

Independent Study Day
Every Friday or Sunday (if you are based in the Middle East) students will be set ‘individual work.’ This work will be based on the topics they have learnt during lessons Monday to Thursday.
Each task should take no longer than 45 minutes to complete and students should be able to use the work they have completed earlier in the week to help them.
Independent study work will be marked by the teacher and feedback given to both the parents and students. This feedback will highlight areas of strength and improvement.
